"FISA court slams FBI over surveillance applications"

Now, if I were a judge on the FISA court, hearing all of this and realizing that this agency had become corrupt, the question first to my mind would be "Is this the first time they have done this kind of thing?"

This is what I said when NBC used footage from the gun range in Kentucky to prop up the need for us to go into Syria "Is this the first time they (any news agency or any part of our government) have done this kind of thing?"

It is absolutely critical that we answer this question, just as it is absolutely critical that we answer that same question as applied to the FBI's abuse of the FISA program. Yep, for the footage or other 'news' that has been used to get us into wars going back decades, it would be a huge task to review a LOT of material, but I believe we cannot call the swamp drained by just exposing what they did to Trump. We have to expose it all. I wish there were some way to get these questions to Q.

“ Now, if I were a judge on the FISA court, hearing all of this and realizing that this agency had become corrupt, the question first to my mind would be “Is this the first time they have done this kind of thing?” ”

They did exactly that. From Collyer’s scathing letter:

“The frequency with which representations FBI personnel made to the court turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case,” Judge Collyer continued, “calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable.”

Judge Collyer wrote a blistering report in the Spring of 17 regarding the FBI and handling of access to Intellegence Data, particularly contracted people.

The DOJ/FBI were supposed to impose restrictions and limits to who and what they could access.

The DOJ rushed the Page warrant application to the court to beat the Report Admin. Rogers was making to show the abuse that continued...

The Court was notified twice by Nunes about the specific abuses used to obtain a warrant on Carter Page.

IOW The Court knew the b.s. was happening. As far back as the Clinton Admin. was misleading the court.
The Difference is now with the IG Report out it exposes the worthless FISC Judges as nothing but lazy Rubber Stamps for a corrupt DOJ/FBI.

Note also Horowitz reported to Congress in his Report that because of the abuses found in the Carter Page Warrant they are doing a full audit of all the FISC applications going back a ways.

This Again exposes the Court as being nothing but a rubber stamp for the Deep State not just once but always
.
It is/was the Court’s responsibility to challenge the validity of the applications. The Court FAILED miserably!
(Yahoo News as a source...Really!)

Been doing it for years—IIRC-it was 60 minutes first time I heard of it—doing an expose on a truck which they helped to fire up.
