How does Hawaiian judge even have jurisdiction?
Note - the article was from late October when the Demsheviks were first stirring the pot openly.
It was a Federal judge, who happens to be in Hawaii. Just like all these other robed tyrants on the bench, they think one judge can block the executive branch.
