I'd believe an OCR error. But not when it happens that 100% of every mention in the entire document was misread.

I’ve seen all the discussion about OCR. I work with people who do OCR on a large scale. The issue seems to be with the search more so than the data returned by OCR.

But I’m open to any possibility.
