What he is saying is the Royal Families in Europe, the uber rich families of which we know have been working for generations.

Ever notice in the EU all the Royals have a role in Govt affairs as silent partners to the Socialism, and with the implementation of MARX’s Godlessness the Royals no longer use the Divine Right of Kings to rule. After the wars I & II, the Royalty from even defeated countries kept their roles, money, land, etc., and throughout Europe (and Merry Ole England) they sit on boards and go to meetings like they are still in charge - wink wink.
