Uh, no. The article says "semen"... not "sperm". Unless they separated the sample and tested the sperm separately. There is plenty of DNA in the "non-sperm" portion of semen.

Apparently sperm and semen are two different things. Semen is made up of sperm and the surrounding liquid.
He guy may not even have any sperm after all he has gone through. So his semen is the donor’s DNA but that does’t mean the sperm has the donor’s DNA.
