BAD news from California. Three judges signed off on the stay and took the children from their father tonight. Funds are limited and they do not have the money to fight to Full appellant court and Supreme Court. Am in tears.

So sorry to hear this. It is VERY HARD to get courts to take children away from the mother especially in California.
