Georgie’s money for campaign finance is going to dry up along with some of those organizations he is funding to “Transform Amerika” via the radical democrats.

The problem of his financing city prosecutors was brought up in the conservative media....

T-R-U-M-P MuSt defang the notion of the Sanctuary City, and he (Trump) must also give the Federal Government Law Enforcement the power to compel State and Local Governments to follow the laws on their books - simply because the USG laws that are Federal usually begin where the local and state law ends.

Federal Law must compel legal consequences for when the Governor or Mayor tells Law Enforcement to Stand Down or Not Enforce Laws.

If the idea of law enforcement being subordinate to the local or state elected government, that notion was dependent over time as those elected upholding laws whether they liked them or not.

The military is subordinate to the President.

Therefore, Trump must by Executive Order compel elected officials to enforce the laws in accordance with their oath of office and the will of the legislature. After the EO is in the news, with a new congress and a new senate majority, he must use his political capital to ensure elected officials at the state and local level are required to enforce laws, and cooperate with Federal Law Enforcement.

Most interesting take, Jumper.

I agree with needing to find a way to nullify the concept of Sanctuary locales. However, I’m not sure though, if it is proper for the Feds to compel state and local law enforcement. As I understand it, the highest law enforcement office in any county is the county sheriff. I have heard it said that they are empowered to completely ignore the federal agencies who would try to usurp the county power. I don’t know if that is correct or not, but I do know I’ve heard a discussion on it, and that was my take-away. I see it as a necessary check and balance of states/counties against federal govt.

ON another note:
I destroyed my ping list somehow and could not retrieve it while doing my last post. Please, if you wish to be on or off my list let me know! Thanks!
