BLACK LEDGER - MENTIONED IN THE IMPEACHMENT HEARING ON 11/21/19

Nunez was asking if the witnesses were familiar with the “Black Ledger.” I knew I wasn’t, so I did a mini dig. It is apparently a fake Hillary-paid-for document which was used as the excuse to raid Manafort:
