The schiffless tweet was a dig on POTUS because he has a lot of “executive time” on his calendars that leaked. The term is put on calendars of executives or senior leaders to indicate “private time” basically. Unfilled breaks in the schedule.
I think Q was throwing it back in his face with a meaning like executive time = POTUS’ time to strike back.
At least that’s what I want to think.
This means schi++ READS, UNDERSTANDS and KNOWS Q and POTUS are on to him and that he’s played his last flop card.
