Note on #3598 re “break break”
In military radio comms, “break break” indicates a change in subject of the transmission.
Example: “Alpha company takes the lead, Bravo company is in reserve, and Charlie company provides overwatching fires. Break break. I’ll be located with the mortar platoon until Alpha company moves out, then I’ll move with them.”
I read #3598 as a two part drop - first being about the traps (whether wholly or partially sprung at this point), then an oft repeated reminder from old drops, “you have more than you know...”
If we talked about this at the time, I must have missed it.
