Yep - that’s the way of it.

I used to have 3 hammers....now my wife asks me if I’ve seen “her” hammer....sigh...I wouldn’t mind if she’d just put things back....if I did that in her kitchen I’d be at the end of the driveway come nightfall....

I have that trouble with Hubby only reversed. He almost never puts things back, and then wastes hrs. looking for them. So I bought a few things—hammer, screwdriver with storage in handle for different types, etc.

A few years ago, there was a real problem with thermos bottles for coffee. I found a Stanley thermos in hot pink, cause I figured he wouldn’t nab it and take it out on the job. It worked.

I’m still looking for a ladies pink handled tool kit with a drill etc. Scissors-just bought 2 pair—they always walk off. So Sat. and Sun Hubby was cleaning up his “man cave” and he found 7 pairs. LOL

The yard is dangerous, cause rakes, shovels etc. are just left where ever he used them last. Sometimes I buy things like tape measures and hide them, and don’t tell that I have them.

I will say he at least makes an effort with my screwdriver, since he never knows where his is, and He wants to be able to use it without searching for it. LOL
