Yep. Surprised so many here yesterday were of the mind that KK was within their legal rights to do anything once he legally purchased the product. Also, KK cant be held legally responsible for what he does with his own property later on. That brand protection and liability excuse was nonsense. Glad this was resolved quickly.
I agree, I guess. But why can sports entities restrict the resale of tickets from someone who legitimately bought them?

Depends on how he was advertising. If he was just saying he was reselling donuts that’s clean. If he was mentioning their trademarked brand KK has the right to shut him down.
That only would apply if he were making counterfeit Krispy Kremes.
