At the Lexington rally in Kentucky I noticed Trump made a big deal about all the judge vacancies he inherited. He said typically there are one or two and he was stunned to find out he had inherited over 140. He said something like - who does that? It was the way he threw it out there for us to think about. I think it’s obvious Obama left them for Hillary to fill. He was probably too lazy to do anything about it and he and Hillary probably had a deal. And possibly Trump has evidence of that deal. (We have it all.)

My theory is very much in line with yours.
1. 0vomit is lazy beyond belief. He certainly could have had his minions do all the work to have the vacancies filled. It would have required very little effort from him - just like the rest of his “presidency”.
2. I think there is a reason beyond 0vomit laziness. I think Hitlery Rotten Criminal already had plans to sell those vacancies. (Kind of like Blagojevich sold the Senate seat.) Think of all the money to be made! I’m sure that’s what Hitlery was thinking about.
My bet is that 0vomit was ordered NOT to fill them. Not that he was necessarily even aware of it or that there was any danger that he would have taken the initiative to do so, but there may have been some staffer who might have tried to get the slots filled.
Good catch - he’s done this a couple times and others have also considered that they were left dangling for HRC to sell & bribe.

There’s a person on Twitter, @johnheretohelp, who claims to have insider knowledge and has been providing information (reported on Youtube on a channel called Santa Surfing). He said at least a month ago that the CIA had perfected the technique of delivering poison to a victim via stacks of paper. The person handling a stack of paper would receive the poison. Said poison would be have additives to tailor it to the original medical condition of the target. @johnheretohelp said this in relation to the very large number of vacancies under Obama.
