New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo didn't mince words when he learned Thursday that President Donald Trump had filed paperwork to change his permanent residence from New York City to Palm Beach, Florida.
"Good riddance. It's not like Mr. Trump paid taxes here anyway," Cuomo said in statement. "He's all yours, Florida."

Based on previous tax returns, I would say Trump leaving NY, will deny the state of around $40 Million in taxes a year.. .and NYC will lose a good bit as well on top of that...
So yes, good riddance....

Based on previous tax returns Trump brings in around 1/2 Billion a year, or did before becoming president... at around 8% of so state income tax per year thats about 40 Million or so a year walking away, not counting the income tax that NYC got from him on top of that...
