Those are good support items but if you also start oil of oregano and colloidal silver right away you can many times stop the cold in its tracks. Thats what we use with C and zinc.

I took Oil of Oregano last year a couple of times a week when everyone around me was getting sick. That was the first year in a long time that I haven’t caught a cold or ‘flu. Just a few drops in a shot of OJ - it’s horribly strong stuff, and I have to drink it fast through a straw. Be careful with it!

I’ve used oregano oil, elderberry syrup and tincture, garlic tincture, colloidal silver and Coldeaze.
The only thing that works for me every single time is hydrogen peroxide. I swab each ear and inside the front of each nostril several times a day when I first feel the hint of a cold and it never fully develops into a cold. It costs pennies and it works.
