Health food store. Make sure the oil of oregano is at least 70% and the colloidal silver is 250 PPM. You administer 3 drops of oil of oregano under your tongue three times per day. Hold it under your tongue as long as you can before swallowing. I use one tablespoon of colloidal silver in a small swallow of water three times per day with it.

From a snake oil salesman. Especially the colloidal silver. You should do some honest research before you go putting that into your body.
