Is a gag order Constitutional? In America, for a man to protect his son, he must give up his Constitutional right of, Free Speech? How is that justice on any level?

And why is the father gagged?
Why was the father denied custody?
How did he lose a jury trial?
Why aren’t they ordering a psych exam on the mother?
I’d be in favor of completely removing the child from both, until I got better answers.
1. How do you make joint decisions when the parties are diametrically opposed? The court is supposed to help decide disputes not make decisions impossible.
2. How does a judge have the authority to remove a citizen’s First Amendment rights to freely express himself?!

Why a gag order on the FATHER, who is actually biological parent? IMO CPS should still be involved, as well as the Texas AG.
The whole idea of chemically castrating a 7yo so he could be a transgender is incomprehensible - even to think about doing such a thing.

I live in this area. There are complaints that the mother had sexual activists sharing the lie “if they don’t get affirmed, they die from suicide, save my baby and make him a girl!” At the same time, friends of the family and parents of the boys’ playmates were NOT allowed to testify that James acts like a boy and identifies as James when away from the mother.
This is a mentally ill mother projecting onto her son, a child she likely wished was a girl. SHE decided he’s really a girl when he liked a girl’s toy. SHE is pushing this.
And what happens if the father disobeys the gag order? The kid gets chemically castrated as punishment?
That’s goofy. They are never going to agree on medical treatment, and the boy is going to internalize all that anger. He’s going to wonder if it’s ‘his fault’ that both parents hate each other?
