Still picking lettuce and my parisian carrots. I pulled my peppers and eggplant early and regret it as I see a couple plots in our community garden with nice healthy plants.
Going to grow Buttercrunch lettuce and spinach hydroponically. Just getting supplies together. Pure Science. Should have lettuce in 30 days.
Will let you know in the spring.

Oh my....as a dedicated Francophile, your Parisian Carrots caught my eye......
a little round carrot.....a nineteenth-century French heirloom, an early orange-red carrot.
Grows almost more like the shape of a large radish. Excels in clay or rocky soil where
other carrots have problems developing properly.
Its flavor is legendary and is highly sought after by gourmet restaurants. (hat tip Urban Farmer)

My Dad used to buy buttercrunch hydroponic heads at the grocery store for 4 cents apiece that were going to get chucked anywy. He didn’t even know what hydroponics was. He just saw roots. He would get the heads, cut off the tops and plant them in his garden and they would grow all new heads. Tried it myself it works. You might try that for a good root start.
