TV shows will have to meet a series of diversity requirements to be eligible for Bafta awards under new rules. The BFI Diversity Standards, which cover race, gender and sexual orientation among other categories, are already part of the criteria for Bafta's film awards and are now being extended to cover small-screen productions. The rules will be piloted in Bafta's TV awards next year and will be fully introduced in 2021, the academy said. In addition, Bafta committees and jury members are receiving training in 'unconscious bias' in an effort to promote diversity.

Maybe the new rule will eliminate so many gays from shows. Limit them to the 2% of the general population or whatever the percent is. As it is now, there seems to be about 20% gays on tv. Can't watch a commercial without it having two guys all over each other. Every commercial last Christmas had gays which ruined the whole holiday season so guess it'll be another barf season.

On HGTV half the People appearing on House Hunters are Gay Male Couples.
On Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing (LA and New York) half the Real Estate Brokers are Gay.
Based on this I guess we must assume that half the Adult Population in this Country is Gay. #;^)
