Sounds kind of like a problem I have with my heart skipping beats. I have had it for over 10 years. I was told to watch my intake of caffeine and alcohol. I kept it under control well until one night it was beating like the rhythm of a telegraph. I went to the ER and they gave me Toprol, a beta blocker. Since then I have taken the generic form of Toprol (Metoprolol) every day. I still have occasional skips, usually at night. If it gets really bad, I take more Metoprolol.
As bad as the skips feel, none of my doctors are alarmed by them. They call them PVCs, and while they are unsettling, they are not life-threatening.
Oh, my. Prayers.
Things I learned from my recent ER visit:
1) I cannot inject a marijuana into my eyeball any more. Those days are done.
2) If you keep pinching the cute nurses’ butts, they will assign you old ugly ones.
3) If you keep pinching the old ugly nurses’ butts, they will assign you male ones.
4) If you keep pinching the male nurses’ butts, they will strap you down.
5) Do not grab at the oxycontin bottle on the shelf. BAD LAZ! (smack)
6) The phrase I am most likely to hear is “Mr. Mataz, WHAT are we going to DO with you!!”
7) Pretending to be dead does not work. They have these machines that can tell.
I’m glad to see you still have your sense of humor! Take care my friend!

Just been through it Laz. Had stents installed on Sept. 28 and am now in the recovery and rehab stage. Just a reminder from God that we ain’t bulletproof and to recalibrate our priorities. Take care....you’re in our thoughts and prayers.
I understand the digital medical records were hacked and messed up, so they're not going to charge you for the C-section.
