PULSE-LIKE PUFF THAT MADE YOUR EARS POP. ALL ELECTRICITY PULSED TWICE WITH IT. GOING OUT AND COMING BACK ON AND OFF AGAIN. SOME OBJECTS MOVED. IT MADE MY HEART FEEL LIKE IT STOPPED WHEN THE PULSE HIT ME

Not sure what to make of this. Anyone else hear anything about it? Anyone leave in Canada or have family/friends there who can verify or refute?

Only information about any sort of power outage in Ontario referred to a wind-caused event that "caused outages to 80,000 customers". Wasn't dated, so I went to the electrical utility:

I see a clean board. If an EMP had occurred yesterday morning, might not even have had the site come up.

I do believe somebody's been playing with their little computer out there.
