Democrats and Republicans demonstrated starkly different reactions following the release of the unredacted transcript of President Trump’s conversation with the president of Ukraine. Many congressional Democrats publicly declared it the “smoking gun,” while Republicans dismissed their cries by noting the absence of quid pro quo or generally lawless behavior. However, Democrats are striking a drastically different tone privately, as several reports indicate. The far-left flank of the Democrat caucus forced House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) to concede and announce a formal impeachment inquiry against the president on Tuesday. She made the announcement prior to the release of the transcript, which detailed the phone call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

No, I think, as Rush Limbaugh mentioned yesterday, there are a good 30 so-called “moderates” (they are all commies) who are in swing districts who are terrified because they know this is it for them. Their districts won’t be happy.
Three weeks ago I didn’t think the GOP could re-take the House.
Now, I’m re-thinking that.
They are not going to vote articles of impeachment.
That would give Trump the right to a trial, where he could quite literally throw open the vault on classified material in his defense.
Plus a yea to impeach would be a political death knell for any Dem in a purple district.
This is just the new Mueller witch hunt to be used to circulate falsehoods in the press.

I stand by my hypothesis.. She’s sick of the far left whackadoos, they are destroying the party long term and she knows it... so she may just be rope a doping them.. give them what they want... the party goes down in flames in the election cycle, and the entire radical lefts power is wholesale undercut, allowing the party to regroup, and move back toward some semblance of sanity for the 2024 election cycle, when they actually would have the better chance of taking the white house.

They MUST prevent the exposure of the TRUTH about Clinton, Biden, Obama, and the rest of them--no matter what the cost! TRUTH will destroy them and their evil designs on America!
The Ukraine Ploy is their last resort--WE HOPE! They have decided to go for broke--full speed ahead. From their point of view, that's the smartest action. Even if it backfires on them, the consequences of Trump's re-election and the exposure of TRUTH are too dire for them to take the risk. And furthermore, to quote one of their spiritual leaders, Joseph Stalen: "Audacity is 90% of the battle." The Ukraine Ploy is their most audacious attack yet--the "offense" is obviously bogus to everyone.
Nothing is ever a “last resort” for Dems. They do not give up. If they don’t have something to attack about, they and their propaganda media team will just make something up. With the internet, it doesn’t matter if the lie is exposed, even apologized for, a few days later. The lie is on the internet forever and available for a boost by biased social media.
You're right. This is the latest and most rabid phase of their 3-year-long tantrum due to Trump's victory in their rigged election--and because their evil designs on America were thwarted.
