President Trump doesn’t do press conferences when he is too tired he is too smart for that. He has about three or four different voices depending on the scenario and the audience. This is the UN. He needs to get the facts out of there and make sure everybody understands things and that any translators do not misunderstand his words so sounding somewhat monotone is purposeful. What I would say to any trolls on here keep up. The slow threads are over at NPR maybe you should go over there.. This is meant for the person you replied to who thought he was tired and sounded terrible not you.
