I don't think SNCTM could "hit". Mostly just ooze. Hollywood has always been great at hiding their own hedonistic debauchery.
No doubt it will eventually be part of the Great Awakening.
Is it odd that the judge is giving the convicts one more Christmas at home? I dunno. Maybe he's just a nice guy.
Locking them up in January, about seven months after the trial ended, might be enough time for the NDNY to prefer charges. Again, I dunno. I sure hope there are boatloads more charges.
As for assets, with the exception of Clare Bronfman, most everything they owned on paper is being taken by the gov (properties from Raniere, Mack, the Salzmans and Russell). So that's a positive. They got around $300K in cash from Nancy's house.
I'd also like to see Sarah Bronfman-Igtet at least charged with something. Even if it only keeps her out of the country from now one.
Emiliano Salinas is apparently still hiding in Cuba. That's a good sign since it means that DOJ has been cleaned out enough that a bribe to slick willie wasn't enough to keep Emi out of range of indictment.
These days, I'm just taking what I can...
This story is blowing up all over the web right now.

LOL, Calm_Cool_and_Dejected!
Weve cut the cord and I just returned from a two wk trip to Europe so Ive had no access to news/FR etc and to come home to this is well, depressing. Europe is depressing except for the food. Plus Im down here in NC with our two worthless Senators Burr and Tillis. RINOS.
Thanks for your humor, cheerfulness and deep digging.
So very true. We must double down on our prayers for Trump and his team.
The House Foreign Affairs, Intelligence, and Oversight committees threatened the subpoenas earlier this week, giving the department until Friday to turn over documents to Congress.
“The subpoenaed documents shall be part of the impeachment inquiry and shared among the Committees,” according to a letter sent by the committees to Pompeo Friday. “Your failure or refusal to comply with the subpoena shall constitute evidence of obstruction of the House’s impeachment inquiry.”
Russia’s Fingerprints Are All Over Trump’s Ukraine Whistleblower Scandal
That last link about Russia is just Yahoo news promoting fake news.
Moar at link.
this version of the form (datestamp Sep 25, 2019) permits submission of second-hand material, which was not permitted according to document entitled Information About Filing a Disclosure of Urgent Concern posted on Sep 23, 2019 here https://t.co/CLLWIvp5cG pic.twitter.com/JNm7lyZR8p— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
3/ thus far, I haven't been able to confirm the original provenance of the Information About form placed online by @PedroIsraelOrta on Sep 23. It looks real, but needs to be confirmed.— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
4/ regardless, the datestamp properties (Sep 25, 2019) of the Urgent Disclosure Form presently online at DNI need to be explainedhttps://t.co/l8foAAj2sC— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
5/ reader @LT51552424 sharply observed that the Urgent Disclosure Form (with Sep 25, 2019 modification datestamp) contains footer "Rev: August 2019".
So in the midst of this unprecedented CIA leak/"whistleblow", the DNI changes its Urgent Disclosure Form. What was it before? pic.twitter.com/P59waZY3AU— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
6/ Sue Gordon of CIA resigned from DNI on August 8 after being passed over by Trump for promotion. (Ratcliff withdrew on Aug 2 after being sabotaged). CIA operative "WB" letter to Schiff and Burr was on August 12.

7/ Maguire was named Acting Director on August 8. During this period of DNI turmoil, DNI Disclosure of Urgent Concern form was revised. Was Maguire informed? Who authorized and advanced revision of form? Did CIA Operative WB complete new or old form?— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
8/ I can't locate prior version of Disclosure of Urgent Concern form under this search of https://t.co/PMnyVF9CLThttps://t.co/hSMcBqLIgE*— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
9/ some interesting progress on forms. As of today, the brand new Disclosure of Urgent Concern Form is linked from highlighted hyperlink on ICIG Hotline webpage https://t.co/J86ztm5N5E pic.twitter.com/MrmrJlns1t— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
10/ this webpage has been saved 9 times by Wayback Machine, most recently on July 2, 2019 - a month before CIA operative "WB" got involved https://t.co/KZEFisiYrn pic.twitter.com/ZmH1AKODiA— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
11/ on July 11, the ICIG hotline page https://t.co/I2I56M9nLi did not offer the newly minted Disclosure of Urgent Concern form, but the form ICIGHotline.pdf pic.twitter.com/nbWTDhYi2t— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
12/ unfortunately, the hyperlink to ICIGHotline.pdf was not picked up in the July 2 trawl. (July 11 in prior tweet should be July 2). pic.twitter.com/9TIYu2e9OW— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
13/ however the ICIGHotline.pdf was picked up in the previous (Apr 16, 2019) trawl: see https://t.co/6dpanSQ3G9— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
14/ Here is what prior ICIG whistleblower form looked like. Required reporting of an incident - not a long op ed quoting newspaper articles. No softball question about whether sources primary or secondary. pic.twitter.com/r5lqxK0Sga— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
15/ bottom line: it appears almost certain that, subsequent to the CIA operative "WB" complaint, the DNI introduced a brand new Urgent Disclosure Form which offered a previously unavailable alternative to report allegations with no personal knowledge https://t.co/l8foAAj2sC pic.twitter.com/WXcNdJn84u— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019
16/ it ought to be possible to track the progress of the introduction of this new form @TomFitton— Stephen McIntyre (@ClimateAudit) September 27, 2019

Justice Department lawyers argued in a federal court on Friday that the DOJ never received an order from President Trump to declassify the Carter Page FISA documents.
The Trump White House said in a public statement in May that the president had given US Attorney General Bill Barr the authority to declassify the Carter Page FISA documents, however, DOJ lawyers “subsequently confirmed with the White House that there was and is no order to declassify.”
The 10-page court filing also showed DOJ lawyers argued that they shouldn’t have to answer any questions to clear up the discrepency. Discovery would “involve obviously privileged information and high level officials.”
“As set forth in the renewed motion and the Weinsheimer Declaration, DOJ did not receive a declassification order, and following the press secretary statement that the President had directed DOJ “to provide for” declassification, DOJ followed up with the White House to confirm that there was no order requiring immediate declassification or disclosure. ECF No. 52 (“Def’s Renewed MSJ”). This declaration is entitled to a presumption of good faith,” the court filing stated.
There’s more…
Let’s be clear here - the notion that Croney Joe was doing all this to benefit his son is as inane as the notion that the government just really really wanted to know who Carter Page and George Papadopoulos were talking on the phone to. Joe was benefiting JOE.
Now, you've evidently got some catching up to do... ;)
No Doll, some very interesting comments since Stephen McIntyre posted that thread. Lots of views on it, for one thing. Good find!
THanks for the additional. We can’t expect total miracles. But good enough is good enough. I do want the rest of em in jumpsuits etc. And the ones who just got off with light sentences to be up for more charges.

I should stop posting now as I am most certainly past my posting limit for this thread.
What the heck is Our Guy up to or signaling? Several times Trump has referred to the Ukraine phone call as being “perfect”.
I dunno, but I smell another sting.
Burny Panders works for me.
Trump has been steering this boat from the get-go and the calendar and clock that go with it, imho. Set up goes both ways. I think thats what you smell.
Intelligence community what a joke. Hearsay is always thrown out in all court cases but they allow it against our President. What despicable beings. Hope it backfires on all of them.
Hmmm. More chess? Say it can be declassed, then DOJ says they never got the memo?
What if it makes people start *demanding* the declass...? The President and AG would surely acquiese.
[PS: I reset your posting counter. Post on.]
[PPS: how the heck is "acquiese" spellt?]
