Baby faced Beto tripled and quadrupled down on this early Friday morning while appearing on MSNBC, saying that turning in guns would be mandatory. His plan largely depends on people voluntarily complying with new laws. When pressed about people who won’t just hand ’em over, Beto explains “I’m going to work with police chiefs, with sheriffs, with law enforcement to make sure we implement this in the most effective way possible.” Beto then clarifies “No, it’s not voluntary. I want to make sure that we make the distinction here. It is mandatory. It will be the law. You will be required to comply with the law,” before going on to compare his efforts to the plight of the civil rights movement in the 50’s and 60’s.
Personally I’d welcome it.. we need to get back to what the Republic & Constitution is about anyway.

I think that was more a reflection on Cruz than Texas.
Hitler, Stalin, China, Venezuela and more made sure to take the people’s guns and then step all over the people with impunity.

I think, FRiend, if I may be so bold, is that your first mistake is equating these, as you refer to them,"Liberals" with human beings. Nothing can be further from the truth. They are completely void of human feelings and emotions. Power over others is their god. Decadency, degeneracy, and treachery are the altars where they worship. With the exception of theirs, human life and dignity has no value to them. People have value to them only to the extent that they can be used to advance their agenda, then they are to be liquidated, along with those that did not, could not, or would not advance their agenda. Thus being of no use to them.
This is the direction that the Democrat Party wishes to take the United States of America. In reality , it is where they are now taking it.

I didn’t see the debate, but I’ve seen highlights on the news tonight.
There’s nobody in the entire field who is really intelligent, competent, and patriotic.
But this Irish boychild? How the heck does anybody think he could EVER be Presidential material?

It has to do with Beto and the far Left's "feelings".
Gun confiscation is not up to him. That would be unconstitutional.
First, he won't get elected. Especially after that outburst about taking our guns.
Two, he would never be able to do anything without changing the Constitution.
Three, not many Americans would cooperate turning in their guns. Civil disobedience will be widespread.
Beto needs to eat some more dirt and find a different job besides the US presidency.
