So pondering the all Hands “stop loss” a bit gets me thinking...
So as a Employee they are required to answer questions.
If they don’t they risk their bennies if fired.
Once a retired private citizen, they can clam up and take the 5th.
I was hoping “Stop Loss” would mean a “Call In”, for other retired agents/volunteers, to temporarily take up the critical slack until which time the place can be Shut down in a more controlled fashion and on Trump’s terms.
