I know absolutely nothing!

But Epstein suicide or hit job is such a forseeable thing ... and with Comey's daughter on the case? It reeks of setup to me ... the feds "invading" the island also has high profile movie like event written all over it.

When I consider the plan, there's one way that the plan would read best and that's for all we've seen over the past 3 days now to have been a show ... and that's what "Q" has indicated it is ... the evidence was collected long ago, tunnels filled with cement and, possibly a fire (though I'm still not sure about the fire) ... the island itself was probably seized shortly after Trump's 2017 December EO went into effect.

I hear you but I figured perhaps the family asked the lawyers to make the request. Perhaps the lawyers advised the family to do that. I don’t know the legalities of such a request or demand, and who has standing to make such a request.

Even in cases like this, their are often family members who cling to various hopes of innocence or just want the truth, even if they hate what the person did.

Comey’s daughter was prosecutor for Epstein case ... I kid you not! When I heard that I thought either total incompetence or genius to let happen. Same thing as Epstein death, either total incompetence or genius to have let happen. We’re going to need lots, lots more popcorn! TBD ;)

Hmmm....a bit of additional V.I. information (it’s wiki, but looks correct):

All U.S. territories are part of the United States (because they are under U.S. sovereignty),[10] but unincorporated territories are not considered to be integral parts of the United States,[11] and the U.S. constitution only applies partially in those territories.

NOTE THE LINE about the Constitution only applies PARTIALLY in unincorporated territories.

Then:

The United States Virgin Islands (abbreviated USVI; also called the US Virgin Islands or American Virgin Islands), officially the Virgin Islands of the United States, is a group of islands in the Caribbean and an unincorporated and organized territory of the United States.

So US Vi are UNINCORPORATED ...which means the constitution only partially applies.

Interestingly I found some additional Islands in the Caribbean I wasn’t aware of being US.

Under terms of its covenant, the CNMI (my comment: CNMI is Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands) consults regularly with the United States on all matters affecting the relationship between them.

Since the United States established sovereignty over the five larger insular areas, each has pursued greater self-government. Initially, military governors had responsibility for Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and American Samoa; governors were later replaced by civilian administrators, most of whom were appointed by the President.

Eventually, each of the five larger areas was authorized to elect its own governor. In addition, the Congress authorized all of the larger areas to adopt their own constitutions. So....while V.I. does not have all constitutional rights, they have all basic rights (the rights reserved to the states are basically associated with voting in federal elections) and they are currently under the administration of the Department of the Interior though electing their own governor. Unfortunately the paper doesn’t say if there are additional authorities that reside with the military or the Interior...for that I’d have to dig into the specific congressional acts.

I don’t think there were or are any deals being offered to Epstein other than maybe he gets to pick one of two cellmates.

Instead of ‘witness protection’ I’m thinking more along the lines of ‘protective custody’. i.e. we’ll keep you alive through the trial.

Either way, the evidence is now entered into the court system. That’s a LOT.

that was my question / statement - what role did Comey’s daughter play on the case? The fact she was even there always suggested setup to me ... just like the Mule op. TBD ;)
