I don’t think so. One of the people being sued was Maxwell so I imagine that will go forward unless for some reason (Epstein’s suicide maybe) Roberts becomes fearful to proceed.

Quickly looking over some other coverage indicates that he was not pronounced until he was at the hospital. They transported saying ‘cardiac arrest’, which could have been a result of strangulation I suppose.
I’m going with ‘most likely’ for at least a little while.
