I don’t think so. One of the people being sued was Maxwell so I imagine that will go forward unless for some reason (Epstein’s suicide maybe) Roberts becomes fearful to proceed.
The civil suit against Maxwell was settled many years ago. The fact that some of the court proceedings are being released is due to Mike Cernovich, Alan Dershowitz, and the Miami Herald, which sued to unseal the parts of the case which are not permitted to be sealed.
