IMO That’s mostly a DS thing. But Q seems to have co-opted some of it to send us signals. Or at least that’s how many of us interpret it. I guess anyone can read signs into whatever numbers are lying around. A lot of the Q “decoders” who do so are pretty far-fetched. Again JMO. With enough twisting, any number or date can become significant.
Just look up dates in Wikipedia or somewhere and you can nearly always find significant events - good or bad - to link them to.
