Naval Air Station Sigonolla, Sicily
6th fleet command is in Naples, Italy almost directly North
A Naval Support activity is also just north of Naples in Geata
San Vito dei Normanni Air Station is the main AF base to the NE in Italy
Naval support Souda Bay, Cyprus is a fair way to the east
