As for that Africa stuff ... well, that’s just the fruit of never thinking things through. Africans inclusive didn’t build pyramids, Egyptians did (there are also Nubian pyramids, but they’re different in style) and that’s just what they call cultural appropriation only when they like it. On the flip side he was really out of place to talk about goings on in Europe just as Europeans would be out of place to speak of doings in Subsaraha Africa before Islam destroyed pretty much whatever was there and sent it away into slavery till only those who were harder to catch because they were in the countryside were left to rebuild ... you see, when you build out of wood, well, it doesn’t last. In the arid regions they could justify building out of stone because timber was expensive.
