Once again, Epstein dominates the news cycle. Let's go over that and some other stories the Oracle is following.
(This is gonna be a long one. Two days of stories combined with several Q posts. And the Oracle goes in for his ritual eye stabbing tomorrow. There may be delays and a falling WAY behind issue coming up. But we endeavor to persevere. The show must go on.

Epstein is a 'liability' to the derp state. One that they would love to eliminate. Q asks where he is being held. I'm gonna cheat and channel future events on this one.
He is being held in a county lock-up in New York City. Why not a more secure Federal holding facility ANYWHERE? (A military base like Franky Five Angels, for example). Q says that this is not a coincidence and may be POWERful PEOPLE making his housing location happen in order to perhaps ELIMINATE A LIABILITY.
Note the capital letters in POWERful. More later.
Q chalks up this 'coincidence' as derp state PANIC.
He also insiuates that the mysterious Manhatten power outage was perpetrated in order to get at Epstein.

So it would appear that the facility housing Epstein was outside of the blackout zone. Did the derps miss the mark?

This scared the bejeebus out of the OLD GUARD, and they responded by not only poisoning the Pope, but going after Michael Corleone in the media to derail a deal he was making with the new Pope. Corleone was trying desperately to go legit and make amends with his church. So, I honestly think that Q is making that comparison, though of course there may be some of the same problems with the current church in real life as there was in the movie.
Though it's awkwardly written, the Cliff notes are;
Like in Godfather III, the OLD GUARD, which in the movie was threatened by a new Pope and Michael Corleone, is using it's massive influence with the media to attack and besmirch Q (Corleone), not to mention poison the new Pope (metaphor for Trump in this scenario).
