This one intrigues me. I’ve said all along that the report IS Mueller’s testimony to congress. To introduce something new is purjory...to remove /anything/ is ObsJus.
I believe he can exercise EXE-privilege for any questions about his methods and only point back to the report regarding those questions.
For the former, the Pubbies will surrender (Rule of Law) leaving the Dhimmi Committee members to spin-re-spin the “penumbra” without Mueller’s help.
What would be great is if Barr responded with, “it can all be explained through a bulk DECLAS.
