Prosecutors offered Raniere "Life". That was the deal. Woof. Epstein's activities are worse that Raniere in my mind.
He's what, 66? He's facing a mandatory minimum of 45 years just on the current charges. There's bound to be a superceding indictment issued against him with more charges. A lot more.
One thing I keep forgetting to mention in all my NXIVM updates is that *if* Raniere gets 10 years or more sentence, that automatically triggers BOP assignment to a maximum-security facility. I think he's looking at 15 to life, so that almost guarantees he'll be in a bad place. Epstein would be under the same conditions.

Hopefully this is where "no deals" come in to play to try to get this to a trial. There is a possibility this could be moved to a military court if JAG is involved in investigating Pedo Island.
