Kavanaugh just gave Trump a big victory about military transgender policy.
I’m astounded that this even had to be litigated. It’s a measure of how completely nuts we’ve gone as a society. Or maybe - more precisely - the society that the DS is trying hard to foist on us.
1. Those who are mentally ill, seriously mentally ill, should not be serving in the military. A fighting force needs to be focused on the job at hand and not obsessed with an issue like this.
2. Allowing Ts to be in the military is like handing out welfare to illegals. It becomes a magnet for all the misfits looking for a free ride. Can’t afford surgery? Just enlist! You think your medical bills are high? Any guess how much T surgery costs? Over $100,000. And then add in the cost of “maintenance”. Daily/weekly/monthly? hormones.

3. Time off. Recovery from surgery averages 238 days. Really? We want a soldier who can’t serve for the better part of a year? And that’s assuming no surgical complications. And no additional mental complications on top of what already is obviously a serious mental problem.
