In before Festival! Looks like I have time to get a room and a slice of pie.
I really think that this has something to do bigger than just the tanks coming into DC; the visit and Our President crossing over in NK; the G20 summit; a phone call to a foreign country; or even a submarine with 14 being killed...
To have Q tell us to be ready, something BIG is going down or is going down...
Just looking at news to see what is being said, which I rarely do, and watching here for real news...

Perhaps he’s not. Maybe the vast majority are worried about prosecution, but that doesn’t rule out the possibility of one or more genuine candidates.
My guesses:
1. Worried about prosecution. The guy is a homosexual. I’m not saying all homosexuals are guilty of sex crimes, but based on my observations, they commit more than the straight population. Or it could be crimes of a non-sexual nature.
2. Cover for the other candidates.
3. They are setting him up for a future run for President. The DS has run out of viable candidates and are now trying to rebuild the bench.
4. He’s just a minor politician with big ambitions and figured “why not?” After all, Trump was (on the surface) an unlikely candidate. So why not an obscure mayor?
If I had to bet, I’d chose option #3. But there could be other options I haven’t thought of.

Basically it means that massive numbers of people are trying to access your website, thus overloading it. This is often done via bots. For a very small site with little traffic, a few hundred or thousand people trying to access it at the same time would be enough to jam it up. But for a major site that is accustomed to handling a lot of traffic, it would probably have to be an automated (bot) attack.
I can’t get to any *Anonymous. Don’t know how *haffast does it. Patriots Fight has had about three comments for weeks. The recipe for info there is entirely elusive for me.

Sabotage would be simpler to perform, but difficult to scale up for meaningful effect. This is because networks are designed with a high degree of redundancy as cables are routinely damaged by falling anchors, sharks (yes, really!), fishing lines, earthquakes, human mischief makers and so forth. Cable breaks average fifty per year in the Atlantic alone. If a few of the cables go down, data requests are simply shunted to other cables while a fleet of specially appointed, repair boats cruise over and repair the breakages.
In fact, it’s possible that Russia’s true target are the Pentagon’s secret DoDIN cable network distinct from the publicly accessible civilian system. These would have less redundancy than civilian cables and could disable key communication capabilities during a crisis. Already, an accidental cable outage in 2008 crippled U.S. drone operations over Iraq for several days.

Thanks, lj. I have four books published on line now... I don't seem to make the sales connection. Of course one keeps trying. Occasionally I hear that people think I am lying about my experiences. I understand - but I don't like it; it was just a different age, hard to understand in today's milieu. I had to live some rough times, wasn't always a saint, but I learned that life is what you make it.
I grew up never knowing my father; imagine my relief when I found Jesus and discovered that I had had a Father all along! :^D
Days like today I really feel age catching up... sigh.
