It’s not illegal to not register a marriage, which apparently she didnt do with her first and current husband, same guy. But did she register the marriage to her brother? If she filed for divorce, maybe so. In any event, they were skirting immigration rules. Her brother is living in London now I believe. It’s not the only scam the Nigerians pull, search the daycare scam.
