quick hello from Jen’s condo..

Im cooking her a bodacious dinner.... (complements of my new food stamps (60$/mo) yea..) I braised pork tenderloins on her cast iron. in crock pot have a small can of pineapple chunks (and juice); one sliced orange, one sliced onion, about 8 sweet cherries, garlic, chives, ethopian apices. will also have mashed potatoes , broccoli and avocado green salad

Still been feeling crappy but basically adhering to the AIP diet.. my preliminary diagnosis with why I might have been feeling like a run over chipmunk for the past couple years. It will be a long wait to get to the cleveland clinic program but I can for now TRY to be faithful to the diet... but it is a bitch. NO: tomatoes, cheese, pasta, grains of any kind,, eggs, legumes.. ( I LOVE beans) ...nightshades(potatoes).. I positively LOVE potatoes, cheese, and most of the things that are no nos.

I was just listening to Rush. A caller described the sink/toilet units that are used in these facilities. Oh my. I suspect this is exactly what happened - some illegal told AOC she drank from the toilet because the sink sits over the toilet on this one piece unit LOLOLOLO. Rush had a picture of the unit up on the dittocam.

I watched OutNumbered, which I usually like but Jessica Nails on a Chalkboard Tarlov was on a roll.

She wouldn’t let anyone else speak, constantly interrupted others, was incensed with TRUMP’S 4th of July celebration, said it is all about him.

She said only China and Russia have parades showing off their fire power, they all whomped on her for this.

Not a parade just a few of our military equipment, that we should all be proud of.

All on the show tried to straighten her out.

I know Dagan McDowell wanted to reach out and slap her senseless.

When talking about Antifa, she said they are not leftist, oh really, could have fooled me.

The others pointed out to her that the right always gets labeled with the White Supremacists who are far right and Antifa is far left.

Russian Spy Submarines Are Tampering with Undersea Cables That Make the Internet Work. Should We Be Worried?

Sabotage would be simpler to perform, but difficult to scale up for meaningful effect. This is because networks are designed with a high degree of redundancy as cables are routinely damaged by falling anchors, sharks (yes, really!), fishing lines, earthquakes, human mischief makers and so forth. Cable breaks average fifty per year in the Atlantic alone. If a few of the cables go down, data requests are simply shunted to other cables while a fleet of specially appointed, repair boats cruise over and repair the breakages.

In fact, it’s possible that Russia’s true target are the Pentagon’s secret DoDIN cable network distinct from the publicly accessible civilian system. These would have less redundancy than civilian cables and could disable key communication capabilities during a crisis. Already, an accidental cable outage in 2008 crippled U.S. drone operations over Iraq for several days.
