Troops based around Beijing sympathized with Tiananmen Square student demonstrators and comingled with them:
For that reason the Chinese Communist Party used force by prevailing on the loyalty of Army units much further away. These troops could rely on nothing other than the words of the CCP, which described striking students as lawless brigands and dangerous, armed traitors.
A MILLION people were in Tiananmen Square and China used 300,000 troops to put down the uprising.
The firing went on for 48 hours, in total. ALL credible death estimates run into the thousands, but some even go over 10,000.
Today, Google has done as much to commemorate this outrageous and macabre anniversary as they did for this past Easter:
GOOGLE DID *NOTHING*.
Do you see anything Chinese at all in that artwork..?
I see two differently-colored GAY parades.
I don't see TankMan, I don't see Goddess of Democracy, I don't see students, I don't see pandas --NOTHING.
SHAME ON YOU, GOOGLE.
"Don't be evil" --what a bitter joke.
sickening cowards ping
They don’t want to upset their masters...................
.
But then the tanks arrive...
.
.
And then the violent government response begins...
.
.
THIS was the Google art submission on the 25th Anniversary.
But NOW? Google sucks and it's full of cowards.
So now we see NOTHING.
At one time, I thought the Chinese government denied any massacre ever happened. Then upon acknowledgement of the massacre, they tended to minimize the death toll.
Gotta keep the ChiComs happy!
Will be watching to see what they do (or don’t do) on Thursday for D-Day
Google will commemorate homosexuality, but not an historic event such as the massacre in Tianemen(sp?) Square. Go figure.
Do we really want Google to issue an apology for not commemorating China’s “victory” in Tiananmen Square?
Had never seen a photo of the Liberty statue before, thanks.
Amazing story: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goddess_of_Democracy
Google as it is now would have cheerfully provided facial recognition software to the Red Chinese government so they could track down and kill any protesters they had missed in Tiananmen Square.
They would do the same for all of us here as well.
google willingly created a search engine specifically for china. It ties into the chinese social credit score that is maintained for every chinese citizen. google willingly filters out results that leftist regimes don’t want. google has made itself an electronic Big Brother, enforcing the rules of thought imposed by fascist regimes.
Princeton Univ and the largest US retirement fund are heavy investors in China facial regonition tech:

So I guess you have all kind of great Chinee stuff on YOUR search engine page, huh?
You’re an idiot who can’t spell Chinese.
And you’re a short, swarthy fake Texan with no girlfriend who just plays around with drones all day.
Alright, knock it off. Do you want people to point to your post and say “SEE how hateful conservatives are???”
We should do our best to keep China’s influence to a minimum. Harvesting organs from dissidents is only the half of their lack of humanity.
Trump is right. Trade parity is just the catalyst.
BREAK ALL OF THEM UP!
Whatever you say, pal.
So.. how about all that great Chinee stuff that's on YOUR search engine page?
Where it at?
