Someone posted the theory that the letters were missing from “is” and “not”, so with the extraneous “Q”, it would be “is not Q”.
That’s as good a theory as any at this point!
I’m pretty sure Comey is not Q. Haha! But I think there is a lot that we may learn about him in the near future.
