I thought a “minibar” was a small refrigerator inside the hotel room that’s stocked by the hotel staff with drinks and snacks for sale.

Some all-inclusive resorts have mini-bars with bottle dispensers. Not really as tamper proof as you would think.

doesn’t have to be tampered with, just bad likker, they have a problem with that down there. There might be lighter fluid in that Bluu bottle.
