Nothing on the books right now. A number of charges were referred to NDNY, but no one knows if they're being investigated or if there are any plans to prosecute.
There are LOTS of other people outside of the initial six that deserve prosecution. I sure hope the plea deals already signed include cooperation clauses for future prosecution.
So many crimes. The US Attorney in NDNY is the guy who will decide. He's a Trump appointee. Law enforcement and politicians turned a blind eye to documented crimes dating back to at least 2003, if not before.
At some point, Elliott Spitzer and Eric Schneiderman's names will come up. Just maybe not in this trial.
I really wish Gillibrand’s father was discussed more. Most people have NO idea of his connection. Can you maybe post something on that to refresh everyone?

* I forgot to add, if you read the entry on Raniere’s tough days in the MDC and going back and forth to the courthouse in my last update, you’ll see the jury and observers all pretty much in agreement.
Raniere is a sleazebag of the highest order. A conman who targets women, young girls, and unsuspecting people, to take their money, their dignity and their lives.
His furtive, rat-like, behavior in court even seems to be turning off his lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo. His arrogance has even pissed off his defense team. One of which is Teny Geragos, daughter of Lawyer-to-the-stars Mark Geragos. I can’t imagine what he’s tried on her, since she’s his ‘type’. I suspect she was hired to his team to have a woman that looks like his victims to show women are on his side?
I think he’s going up the river for life. He’s upward of 60. He’ll get at least 20 years. By the time any new charges get filed in NDNY for the child porn and underage rape, he’ll get another 20 on top of that.
Unless he gets a red scarf in the mail. I don’t think he has the guts for that though. Probably a shiv in the shower.
