There’s a well-worn saying on the right: Scratch a progressive, find a fascist. Usually, that’s a bit of hyperbole to point toward the tendency of progressives to embrace top-down, big government solutions to every problem. But in this case, it’s almost literally true, though the real progressive is embracing a fictional fascist from the show Game of Thrones. Vox’s Matt Yglesias published a piece yesterday at Vox arguing that Daenerys was right to burn people alive in the city of King’s Landing because she needed to convince the entire kingdom not to question the dictates of a powerful central government.

Just when you think he's reached a level of stupidity never before seen in the world of commentary, he goes and tops himself. I think it's because he enjoys being topped, and who better to top him than himself.
But in the real world, the Left is always slaughtering people as a part of a "sales campaign" to convince the world that the mass murderers are the good guys.

It was a very good show that suffered the same fate as just about every good show. The poofters and radicle feminists that run Hollywood ruined it. By the end of season 6 women ran every kingdom..as if.

It's also clear the Daenerys and Cersei could not co-exist. Mutual assured destruction awaits them. With tough men out of the way, the women are leading the world to armageddon.
And Jon Snow was one soy latte away from becoming Pajama Boy.
And John Snow was right to kill her to make sure that did not happen.

There’s plenty of actual Left-winger supported horrors in the world that actually exist and are ongoing.
—Killing babies and calling it “Women’s Rights”
—Supporting Islam and Sharia law that actually suppresses women and calling it Religious Rights”
—Supporting sex traffickers bringing minors into the USA and calling it “Immigration Rights”
