My weak refutation of some of them is :

1. They never thought she would lose.
1.b. They thought they had a backup plan to get rid of him when she lost.
2. These people are stupid.
3. The smart ones would not sign their names to such letters. (Kind of like the FISA warrants? 0vomit’s name is not likely on them. He had “his people” sign them.)

They never thought she would lose is correct. They expected to put trump in jail after he lost and likely slot of other deplorables. The insurance policy was to silence us all.

I had an all access badge signed by LTG Michael Hayden.

He is a raging liberal but there is NO WAY IN NEWARK that he would have put up with something like this. Likewise he wouldn't have stood for anything that even smacked of a 4^th Amendment violation whether or not it was a FISA warrant or otherwise.

I don't like his politics worth a damn but I have great respect for the way he behaved himself as DIRNSA.
