He is a raging liberal but there is NO WAY IN NEWARK that he would have put up with something like this. Likewise he wouldn't have stood for anything that even smacked of a 4th Amendment violation whether or not it was a FISA warrant or otherwise.
I don't like his politics worth a damn but I have great respect for the way he behaved himself as DIRNSA.
