This is about Merv Griffin and the Bohemian Grove. It sounded so much like NXIVM, that it got me thinking about the parallels. Who was it that was supposed to make Allison Mack look mild by comparison? (Sorry, I've forgotten.) So maybe the bigger story is going to be about Bohemian Grove.
Or maybe just one of the bigger stories.
One of the big parallels I see is the use of compromising data to blackmail people, to keep them in the cult, to control them.
Now I am wondering about a lot of these cults and wondering whether they all use compromising info to control their members.
A few cults that come to mind:
NXIVM
Bohemian Grove
Congress
Hollywood
Jonestown (the Kool-Aid drinking suicide cult)
that weird group that cut off their testicles and suicided with jello to reunite with a comet or something
Scientology
Ramtha
EST
Lifespring
I'm betting there are a LOT more small ones that we haven't (yet) heard of that use this model. I'm wondering if their "leaders" got the idea from a previous cult.
There seem to be a LOT of these "personal growth" groups that have a very creepy vibe to them.
I'm wondering if one of the reasons the NXIVM trial is happening now (besides the obvious reason of prosecuting people for horrible crimes) is to give the public some insight into how these cults operate. Then when information comes out about how Congressvermin were blackmailed and controlled, they will have some context and be more likely to understand it.

Rachel (Ray) Chandler = Alison Mack x100.
The Hollywood branch of NXIVM
Funny you have Lifespring in there. In my late twenties I was signed up to participate, but walked out early anout two to three hours into it. Something abot it just didn’t feel right, maybe it was the uncomfortable warm temperature in the room. Anyway, I’ve noticed recently that when things are looking really bad for Trump it is usually right before something really good happens. Looking forward to something really good.
That's a problem. The public is not getting any insights from MSM. At least with all the research, the information will be out there for those inclined to go back and look.
