WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House will unveil the first part of President Donald Trump’s long-awaited Israeli-Palestinian peace plan when it holds an international conference in Bahrain in late June to encourage investment in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, senior U.S. officials said on Sunday.The “economic workshop” will bring together government officials and business leaders in an effort to jump-start the economic portion of the peace initiative, which is also expected to include proposals for resolving thorny political issues at the heart of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the officials said. Trump has touted the coming plan as the “deal of the century,” but Palestinian officials have rebuked the U.S. effort, which they believe will be heavily biased in favor of Israel.

Just like when the Israelis turned over the West Bank. They left them with fully-equipped and functional agricultural facilities, that the sand rats immediately trashed because the Jews built them.
There is a reason why the Palistinians are hated by the rest of the Arab world. The only reason they are tollerated is that they are an excuse to attack the Jews. If the Jews were exterminated, the Palistanians would be next.

If it doesn't then the Palestinians won't be interested. If it does then the Israelis won't be interested. Either way this is a colossal waste of time.

If you gave the Palestinians all of Israel and moved everyone in Israel to tent cities in Sinai, within 5 years Israel would be a cesspool, Sinai would be beautiful and the Palis will demand Israel hand over Sinai to them.
I do have a solution. Move the UN to Gaza City.

In site of my loathing for Bill Clinton, I have to give him backhanded credit for one great accomplishment: with his massive, good faith effort to promote peace between the Palestinians and Israelis he conclusively proved that the only “peace” the Palestinians will accept will be the total elimination of Israel and the extermination of the Jews.
Shortly thereafter, they set up their rocket launching pads.

No doubt. There are people who actually want to work in Detroit.
I always try to invest in areas with notoriously corrupt “government”, terrible infrastructure, medieval religious obsessions, angry, aggrieved population, violent political turmoil, and full on war about to break out any moment with the military powerhouse next door. But that’s just me.
