California lawmakers are planing surcharge for ride share. I haven’t heard that one yet. Now they want to change for ride share? They are social engineering everyone toward ride share or mass transit. They are taking away lanes on city streets for bicycles & taking away lanes on the freeways for toll lanes - using taxpayer money to build lanes for us to pay again through tolls. Madness.
