After what I saw them do to him, it’s a blessing that he was able to grow old on the court. Justice Thomas earns the last laugh.

You’re thinking of Alito. Miers would have been 43’s second SCOTUS justice. Roberts and Miers.

I have to say, I recall we were warned about Roberts by some conservative groups.

It puts 43’s critique of 45 in some context, doesn’t it?

Thomas isn’t “conservative”, as much as “literate”.

And Kennedy was no moderate. He helped impose fag marriage on the nation, supposedly through the 14th Amendment. After retirement, he said in an interview that his decision had nothing to do with the Constitution. It just “felt right.”

D@amn such tyrants to hell.

I always said that KENNEDY was the most powerful man in America because he was the 5th vote in the Supremes. His vote was the one that everyone who appeared before the Court HAD to have his vote. Normally, his vote made or denied a case. He carried more power than anyone, even the prez because he could make or break even the president’s laws.

Roberts ain’t no moderate conservative. If anything, he is a moderate liberal.

Roberts has been compromised, they have something on him.
